Mews BI introduces built-in, self-serve analytics to facilitate performance tracking and trend identification across properties.
By leveraging AI-powered performance summaries, the feature translates key property and portfolio metrics into plain language, enabling hotel operators to make informed decisions rapidly and efficiently.
Users can build custom dashboards tailored to specific business objectives through a drag-and-drop interface, enabling tracking of important key performance indicators (KPIs) at the property, team, or organisational level.
The platform also automates dashboard and report delivery, eliminating repetitive manual processes and keeping teams aligned through scheduled communications.
By integrating Mews data with external information sources such as online travel agencies and Google Ads, hospitality businesses gain a comprehensive view of their commercial and operational performance.
This unified approach is intended to support strategic decision-making across all levels of the organisation.

More than 1,000 early adopters have already begun using Mews BI. Notably, Adara Hotel in Whistler reported improved revenue and performance by using the room performance dashboard to analyse and respond to occupancy and average daily rate data.
Mews BI is now available to customers with Mews Analytics or on the Enterprise package. Insight dashboards are accessible to all customers.
In February 2026, Mews was selected as the official property management system for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, which represented more than 60% of hotels in the US.
