Dusit International’s hotel division, Dusit Hotels and Resorts, is set to open a property on 1 October 2026 in Malaysia.
The Dusit Princess Ipoh hotel is owned by Plenitude Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia-listed group.

The 268-room hotel will be located in Ipoh, the capital of Malaysia’s Perak state, around 200km north of Kuala Lumpur.
It will feature five types of accommodation ranging from 25m² superior rooms to 58m² family suites.
Family rooms and family suites will include kitchenettes, supporting longer stays and family travel.
Facilities at the hotel will include accessible rooms, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, kids’ club, an outdoor pool, a prayer room, and self-service laundry.
The Atrium, the all-day dining venue at Dusit Princess Ipoh, will serve a buffet breakfast with local and regional dishes. It will also offer local and international dishes throughout the day.
A lobby coffee shop will offer speciality teas, coffees, juices, pastries, and desserts.
The hotel will provide three venues for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social occasions. Together, they will offer around 964m² of event space.

In July, Dusit International signed agreements for two new ASAI-branded properties in Thailand.
