The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 23.64% in June 2021 when compared with May 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 3.24% share in the company’s total hiring activity in June 2021, and recorded a 0.14% down over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Deutsche Bahn IT hiring in June 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Deutsche Bahn, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 50% in June 2021, and an 11.11% drop over May 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 18.75% in June 2021, and registered a flat growth. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 12.5% in June 2021, a 100% rise from May 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global travel & tourism IT hiring activity in June 2021 with an 89.58% share, which marked a 2.38% growth over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 6.25%, registering a flat month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with a 4.17% share and a 77.78% drop over May 2021.
Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s travel & tourism industry IT hiring activity with a 64.58% share in June 2021, a 6.9% growth over May 2021. the UK featured next with a 20.83% share, up 66.67% over the previous month.United States recorded a 4.17% share, decline of 77.78% compared with May 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Deutsche Bahn IT hiring activity in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.83%, down by 12.82% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.67% share, a flat growth compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 10.42% share, down 16.67% over May 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 2.08%, recording a month-on-month an flat growth.
