Out of the total IT job titles posted by A.P. Moller – Maersk, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 58.03% in July 2021, and a 49.33% growth over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 16.58% in July 2021, and registered a 3.03% decline. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 10.36% in July 2021, a 66.67% rise from June 2021.
Europe drives IT hiring at A.P. Moller – Maersk
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global travel & tourism IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 54.4% share, which marked a 56.72% growth over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 41.45%, registering a 40.35% month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with a 3.63% share and a flat growth over June 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 0.52% and a month-on-month flat growth.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s travel & tourism industry IT hiring activity with a 36.79% share in July 2021, a 51.06% growth over June 2021. Denmark featured next with a 27.46% share, up 26.19% over the previous month.United Kingdom recorded a 19.17% share, an increase of 117.65% compared with June 2021.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 63.21%, up by 46.99% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 31.09% share, a growth of 46.34% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 5.7% share, up 57.14% over June 2021.
