IT jobs claimed a 13.21% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 2.85% growth over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by A.P. Moller – Maersk, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 53.65% in November 2022, and an 18.39% rise over October 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 17.71% in November 2022, and registered growth of 78.95%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 14.58% in November 2022, a 20% drop from October 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at A.P. Moller – Maersk
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global travel & tourism IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 56.77% share, which marked a 31.33% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 25.52%, registering a 37.18% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with a 6.77% share and an 8.33% rise over October 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 5.73% and a month-on-month increase of 120%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 5.21%, registering a 66.67% rise over the previous month.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s travel & tourism industry IT hiring activity with a 48.96% share in November 2022, a 46.88% growth over October 2022. Denmark featured next with a 15.63% share, up 15.38% over the previous month. US recorded a 6.77% share, an increase of 18.18% compared with October 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.31%, up by 12.5% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 21.88% share, a decline of 12.5% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 7.81% share, up 25% over October 2022.
