The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 5.12% in December 2021 when compared with November 2021.

Out of the travel & tourism industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 29% share in December 2021, recording an increase of 4.09% over the last three-month average share.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 55.36% in December 2021, registering a 6.06% decline over the previous month.

2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 39.29% share, a decrease of 8.33% over the previous month.

3) Computer Support Specialists held a share of 3.57%, registering a flat growth from November 2021.

4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 1.79%, down 80% over the previous month.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark’s travel & tourism industry during December 2021 over November 2021.

A.P. Moller – Maersk posted 52 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a drop of 8.77% over the previous month, followed by Copenhagen Airports with 3 jobs and a flat growth. DFDS with 1 IT jobs, recorded a flat growth.

Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.93%, down by 23.26% from November 2021. Mid Level positions with a 39.29% share, registered an increase of 29.41% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 1.79% share, down 50% over November 2021.
