Scheduled to open in 2032, the development will further expand the operator’s footprint across the city.

In addition to guest accommodation, the combined site will house food and drink venues, MICE [meeting, incentive, convention and exhibition] facilities, and recreational spaces.

Pullman Bengaluru Airport will contain 200 rooms alongside three dining options: a speciality restaurant, a lobby lounge bar, and an all-day dining facility.

The hotel will also feature approximately 1,500m² of conferencing and event space, complemented by pre-function and auxiliary zones for corporate and social functions.

The adjoining ibis Bengaluru Airport will offer 250 rooms, around 300m² of dedicated event space, an all-day dining restaurant, and a lobby lounge and bar.

Guests staying at either property will have access to shared leisure amenities, including a fitness centre and a swimming pool.

The project is being developed by Bengaluru-based SLK Group.

Accor South Asia CEO Ranju Alex said: “We are pleased to bring this dual-branded development to Bengaluru, catering to the needs of premium and economy travellers by integrating two distinct Accor brands in one location.

“The property will offer guests a diverse experience while creating a unified hospitality destination.

“The project reflects the evolving airport ecosystem in Bengaluru, where the convergence of business, technology, aviation and expanding commercial districts is driving demand for accommodation across a spectrum of traveller segments.”

Accor India and South Asia currently manages more than 75 properties across the luxury, premium, midscale, and economy categories. This covers brands such as ibis, Fairmont, Mercure, Novotel and Sofitel.
