Accor has launched ALL Concierge, an end-to-end AI companion designed to support guests from travel planning to post-stay requests.

The group developed the system following a pilot programme that began in July 2025 and processed more than one million guest interactions.

ALL Concierge is available on ALL.com in 11 languages, as well as through WhatsApp and iMessage. The tool is also available through the ALL Accor mobile app in four languages across five points of sale.

Accor plans to extend the service to all points of sale and expand its language coverage by the end of the year.

ALL Concierge provides automated responses within seconds, covering hotel discovery, property comparisons, operational information such as restaurant opening hours and spa details, and reservation management.

The platform connects with Accor’s booking engine and uses guest-profile data, including previous stays and loyalty status, to tailor recommendations.

For complex requests, the system transfers conversations to human support teams.

Accor chief commercial, digital and technology officer Alix Boulnois said: “Every great concierge remembers your name and anticipates what you need before you ask. For decades, that level of attention was the privilege of a few. Today, we are making it available to every guest, everywhere, at any hour. And yet, behind every exceptional stay, there will always be a person who cares.

“Our teams are the heart of Accor. What changes today is that they will have a companion just as tireless and attentive, freeing them to focus on what no technology will ever replicate: the human connection that makes hospitality truly memorable.”

Accor has also outlined upcoming updates for ALL Concierge, including voice integration with hotel telephone lines and contact centres. Other planned functions include booking modifications and cancellations through the chat interface, as well as post-stay invoice retrieval.

Future iterations will also incorporate map-based hotel comparisons using synthesised customer reviews and tools for managing loyalty reward points, among others.

Alongside the guest-facing platform, Accor has introduced The Butler, an internal AI assistant for hotel staff. The application provides teams with access to operational information, guidance, advice and internal contacts during their working day.
