The 189-room Mercure Cat Tien and 250-room ibis Styles Cat Tien are expected to open in 2027.

Both hotels will offer amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, swimming pool, pool club, meeting rooms, and a gym.

Grand Mercure Goa Candolim is scheduled to open in the second quarter of next year, marking the 7th Grand Mercure property in India.

Accor Asia premium, midscale and economy division CEO Garth Simmons said: “The dynamism of the hospitality market demands more than expansion; it demands innovation.

“Our strategic signings and brand introductions to new markets are a testament to our pledge to be pioneers in delivering unparalleled guest experiences, marking a new era in the evolution of hospitality.”

Accor signed management agreements for 69 properties, adding over 16,500 rooms to its portfolio by October 2023.

The six new signings added 1,100 more keys to the company’s portfolio across Asia in November 2023.

Earlier this month, Accor partnered with the China Hospitality Association (CHA) to secure Green Hotel Certification for its hotels in China.
