The ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay has officially opened its doors on 24 April 2025, in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo.

This launch follows the announcement made by IHG Hotels & Resorts and its partner BEST HOSPITALITY Network earlier this year, regarding their collaboration to rebrand the property.

Situated on the upper floors of Seafort Tower, the 132-room hotel includes an open lobby concept, a fitness centre, laundry services, and a 24-hour counter for snacks and beverages.

The establishment also offers Kids Stay & Eat Free, which enables children under 12 years to stay and eat for free.

The first floor houses the Library Lounge, featuring an extensive collection of comics and books available in Japanese, English, and Chinese.

This hotel also offers complimentary Wi-Fi access for guests and five banquet rooms.
