Atlantis Paradise Island The Bahamas (Atlantis) has deployed mobile hospitality solution of Phunware, a US-based provider of enterprise cloud platform.
This mobile application solution is aimed to help manage the complexity of both the staff and guest experiences, and boost the resort’s multi-billion dollar investment in the property.
It will also optimise the resort’s operational and staff efficiencies, lower the costs and help boost the revenues.
Phunware co-founder, CEO and president Alan Knitowski said: “Our Multiscreen-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform helps large brands better manage the complexity of luxury customer journeys in a mobile-first world that is quickly becoming mobile-only.
“By standardising on MaaS, Atlantis is able to offer both its staff and guests a next-generation engagement platform on mobile that will optimise and enhance their brand experience, including the times before they arrive, while they are on site and after they leave.”
The platform provides location-based services to allow mapping, wayfinding and indoor positioning for both guests and staff. It also enables mobile engagement by offering real-time alerts, notifications and messaging.
