
Atlantis Resorts has introduced a new feature facilitated by Plusgrade, an ancillary revenue solution provider, to provide guests with a more personalised experience.
This new service allows guests at Atlantis Dubai’s two luxury resorts, Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis, The Palm, to enhance their guest stays with customised room upgrades and unique experiences.
This collaboration replaces a legacy system at Atlantis Dubai with Plusgrade’s fully automated platform. It is set to offer automated access to room upgrades, stay extensions, and exclusive experiences through a “fully automated and white-labelled” platform.
Atlantis Dubai revenue management vice-president Daniele Carrai said: “The power of bidding technology transforms the way travellers interact with their journey.”

The platform’s bidding capabilities, now live at both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, are said to enable guests to instantly access a range of upscale options.
These opportunities maximise guest engagement by allowing every visitor to customise their stay according to their preferences, states the company.
