Choice Hotels International- franchised upscale brand Cambria Hotels has selected Quore’s software for its new preventative maintenance programme.
Hotel quality optimisation solutions provider Quore, as a brand standard, will provide its cloud-based software which can be leveraged by hotel staff to optimise maintenance for guest rooms as well as public spaces.
Furthermore, they will be able to streamline the monitoring and compliance of brand standards.
Cambria has more than 50 hotels open across the country and Quore will support the brand’s growth plans.
In partnership with Quore, Cambria Hotels established a set of brand-wide standard inspection templates for the new preventative maintenance programme.
Each Cambria hotel can use the templates to ensure performance of comprehensive preventative care throughout the property.
Quore founder and CEO Scott Schaedle said: “Quore was purpose-built to help hotel brands, like Cambria Hotels, streamline labour-intensive programmes for preventative maintenance, workforce communication and asset tracking.

Designed to streamline operations and reporting for hotel staff, the preventative maintenance will address several guest touchpoints.
They include guest rooms, the lobby, pool, hallways, meeting rooms, elevators, public restrooms, fitness centre.
Additionally, Quore’s preventative maintenance software can be used to log routine inspections of various safety and mechanical components that are installed in the hotels.
At present, more than 4,400 hotels in the US are using Quore’s software, which offers support to hotels including IHG, Marriott, Hilton and Choice.
