Hospitality company Hilton, Easton’s Group of Hotels and The Gupta Group have opened the new 184‑room Canopy by Hilton hotel in Toronto, Canada.

The opening marks the debut of the Canopy by Hilton brand in the country.

The boutique hotel has been designed by a team led by Studio Munge. The hotel’s lobby, named Canopy Central, features layered interiors, curved edges and organic motifs.

With two on-site dining options, Canopy Toronto Yorkville is located within walking distance from the Sherbourne subway station, connecting guests to the Greater Toronto Area.

The hotel, which will have an all-day café to serve locally inspired dishes, is also situated a short distance from some of the city’s attractions including the Royal Ontario Museum, Gardiner Museum and Casa Loma.
