Meanwhile, SiteMinder’s hotel customers will benefit from improved features and insights derived from Cendyn’s hotel performance data.

In 2018, Cendyn and SiteMinder first formed a partnership upon the launch of SiteMinder Exchange.
This platform allows hotel data to be shared between property management systems and hotel applications, such as Cendyn’s customer relationship management.
Currently, Cendyn caters to tens of thousands of clients spanning 143 countries.
