Choice Hotels International’s Sleep Inn brand has launched its initial four newly built properties featuring the Scenic Dreams prototype.

The Scenic Dreams design features regionally inspired murals, neutral colour palettes, large windows, and adaptable guest areas.

Early performance results indicate a revenue per available room (RevPAR) premium of 1.71 while guest satisfaction improved to an average likelihood to recommend (LTR) of 8.36 in 2025, a 0.25-point year-over-year increase for renovated hotels.

The newest Sleep Inn & Suites properties opened in Ashland City, Tennessee, and Middletown, Pennsylvania, and have planned launches in Henderson, Nevada, and Savannah, Tennessee.

Ashland City’s Sleep Inn & Suites opened in September 2025, featuring 52 rooms and accessible public spaces along the Cumberland River, catering to leisure travel and regional road trips.

Middletown’s dual-brand property launched last month, next to Penn State Harrisburg, and is positioned to serve various guest segments, including business travellers and families.

The Henderson location is scheduled to open this month, bringing a newly built hotel near Las Vegas, Lake Mead, shopping, and entertainment options.

The Savannah property, also set for a mid-April opening, delivers 82 riverfront rooms, offering access to local landmarks and Shiloh National Military Park and Pickwick Lake.

Sleep Inn has more than 40 Scenic Dreams prototype hotels planned.

In February 2026, Choice Hotels’ midscale extended stay brand, Everhome Suites, expanded its footprint with property openings in Kentucky, New Jersey and Texas, taking its portfolio to 27 operating hotels across the US.
