India-based online travel company Cleartrip launches Premium Getaways, an offer providing luxury travel experiences, The Economic Times reports.
This service is now available in collaboration with more than 40 hotels in over 25 destinations.
Over the following six months, the service will extend to more than 500 hotels in popular tourist destinations.
Each property under Premium Getaways is chosen based on market research and input from Cleartrip’s customer base.
To provide a better user experience, the company has also undertaken a thorough redesign of the UI/UX of hotel services.
Cleartrip Hotels and Accommodation head Manu Sasidharan said: “As we embark on a new journey with our hotel category, we have innovated like never before to elevate the customer experience.

Every feature is intended to assist travellers in making informed decisions at each stage of their booking journey including clear pricing, an explanation of available and unavailable amenities, property images and customer feedback.

Cleartrip will continue to improve its UI/UX in the following months to improve user engagement on its platform.
