The addition of Sherry Frontenac supports Club Quarters’ strategy of growing its presence in urban and resort locations.

Club Quarters will apply its Shared Services platform to the Sherry Frontenac Hotel.

The model consolidates the hotel’s operational, revenue management, distribution, marketing, human resources, and technology functions under central management.

The company states this will streamline processes, allow for faster decision-making, and produce cost efficiencies for the property.

Club Quarters indicates these changes are intended to optimise both service standards and the hotel’s commercial performance, providing owners access to a unified set of management services.

The Sherry Frontenac Hotel opened in 1947 and was designed by Art Deco architect Henry Hohauser.

Club Quarters aims to maintain the hotel’s existing architectural and design features while implementing updated operational procedures through its management platform.

The hotel continues to operate with amenities such as an outdoor pool, a spa and fitness centre, and outdoor oceanfront dining.

It also provides direct access to Miami Beach with complimentary lounge chairs and beachside food and drink service.

In September 2024, Club Quarters revealed extensive renovations at two of its properties in London, UK, namely Club Quarters, St Paul’s, and Club Quarters, London City.
