US-based hotel management company Commonwealth Hotels announced that the Courtyard by Marriott Dayton Beavercreek has reopened following a $6.5m renovation.

Courtyard by Marriott Dayton Beavercreek is located at 2777 Fairfield Commons Boulevard and features 94 guest rooms. The property offers convenient interstate access and nearby Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University and the Nutter Center making it suitable for business and leisure travellers.

Commonwealth Hotels COO Jennifer Porter said: “We are looking forward to welcoming guests to our newly renovated Courtyard.

“It is truly a pleasure to welcome guests back to our brand-new hotel as the upgrades are substantial and the reaction has been impressive.”

All guestrooms and public areas were renovated, including the lobby, the restaurant, the breakfast area, the bar, the conference space and the fitness centre.

Following the renovation, the property’s guestrooms now boast new carpeting, furniture, wall covering, artwork and drapes.
