Crawford Hoying, in partnership with Shaner Hotel Group, has acquired the 109-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus OSU in the US state of Ohio.

This addition marks the 14th hotel in Crawford Hoying’s portfolio, which now features over 1,800 hotel rooms.

Crawford Hoying principal Brent Crawford said: “This hotel is a perfect fit for our growing portfolio and we would love to explore more properties like it.

“We plan to fully renovate the hotel and bring it to Hilton standards within the next several months.”

Situated at 1576 West Lane Avenue in the upper Arlington area of Columbus, the hotel comprises 725ft² of event space, a meeting area, an indoor pool and fitness facilities.
