US-based hotel management company Crestline Hotels & Resorts has entered a partnership with Stayntouch to deploy its cloud hotel property management system (PMS) at Crestline’s four independent properties.

These properties include the Phoenix Park Hotel, The Nordic Lodge, Waldorf Towers South Beach, and The Delphi.

With a diverse portfolio that includes boutique resorts and luxury urban properties, Crestline required a PMS technology that offers user-friendliness, automation, and seamless integration to support its independent hotels.

Crestline Hotels & Resorts revenue strategy senior vice-president Leah McFarland said: “We needed a platform that empowers our teams with intuitive functionality, reduces manual work, and integrates seamlessly with our existing tech stack. Stayntouch delivered exactly that, along with a level of service and responsiveness that makes all the difference.

“Their team has been hands-on and proactive from day one, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support.”

The PMS’ user-friendly design reduces check-in times to less than one minute. The system also automates processes to decrease administrative workloads and enhance efficiency, as well as provides comprehensive group functionality that streamlines room block management, rate plans, and commission management.

The PMS’ robust integration ecosystem grants access to more than 1,200 integrations, encompassing platforms such as Elavon Payments, IDeaS, Revinate, Sabre SynXis, SiteMinder, and Toast POS.

Stayntouch implementation and support vice-president Priya Rajamani said: “Crestline Hotels & Resorts is known for its commitment to operational excellence, and we’re honoured to be their PMS partner.

“Our goal isn’t just to offer best-in-class technology, but to truly be a partner—providing personalised support, quick implementation, and a platform that simplifies hotel management while connecting them to other best-in-class solutions.”

In October 2024, Cobblestone Hotels partnered with Stayntouch for the deployment of its cloud PMS across the former’s extensive portfolio, which includes more than 140 properties across 29 US states.
