
Hotel management company Crestline Hotels & Resorts has taken over the management of Five Senses Hospitality’s portfolio, which comprises 13 hotels across three US states.
This strategic move adds up to 1,240 keys to Crestline’s portfolio and strengthens its footprint in Colorado with 11 new properties.
It also marks its entry into Kansas and Arkansas, broadening the company’s reach to 135 hotels in 29 US states and the District of Columbia.
Crestline’s diverse portfolio features six Marriott brand hotels, two Hilton Tapestry properties, one IHG-branded hotel, a Hyatt House, two Choice Hotels, which encompasses an Ascend Collection property, and an independent private label hotel.
Crestline Hotels & Resorts president and CEO James Carroll said: “The breadth of the new portfolio accentuates Crestline’s position as a well-respected hospitality management company for all the major hospitality brands.
“The portfolio includes six hotels within the Marriott family of brands, two Hilton Tapestry properties, an IHG branded hotel, a Hyatt House, two Choice Hotels—including one Ascend Collection property, and one independent private label hotel.”

By GlobalDataIn a further development, Dallas-based hotel owner Bedford Lodging has entrusted Crestline with the management of an additional hotel currently under construction.
The upcoming Tapestry by Hilton Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, is slated to open later this year, representing continued growth for Crestline.
Carroll added: “We are hitting the ground running as we assume management. We have deployed our teams to all properties as we build a smooth transition to establish Crestline’s best practices for guest service, team engagement, community involvement and owner relations.”
In a related development, Crestline Hotels & Resorts was appointed to manage the AC Hotel Houston Downtown in Texas in June 2024, offering 195 guest rooms equipped with amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi and mini-fridges.
During the same month, the company also assumed management of Hotel Indigo in Asheville Downtown, North Carolina, which features 116 guest rooms, including 16 penthouse suites.
