Independent hospitality management company Crestline Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to manage the Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, US.
The newly built pet-friendly hotel has 110 guest suites and offers complimentary amenities such as daily breakfast, a 24-hour fitness centre and ski and bike storage.
Each of the one and two-bedroom suites come with free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, king-sized bed, and sleeper sofa.
The four-story hotel also offers spacious studio and a 621ft2 of total meeting space for group gatherings.
In addition, it has a full-service bar that serves cocktails and local craft beer, an outdoor BBQ area and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub.
Crestline president and CEO James Carroll said: “Steamboat Springs is recognised as one of the premier skiing and outdoor adventure destinations and it is a pleasure to bring Crestline’s warm service and hospitality to this beautiful location.
“As vacation travel continues to resume, we are ready to welcome guests with personal attention and comfort.”
Earlier this month, Summit Hotel Properties via its joint venture with GIC acquired the hotel for $33m.
The hotel opened in December 2020 and is the first Marriott-branded extended-stay property in the market.
In the first six months of operation, the hotel achieved a significant revenue per available room premium of more than 30%.
Crestline was founded in 2000. It presently manages 125 hotels, resorts, and conference centres, totalling around 18,300 rooms, in 28 states in the US and the District of Columbia.
