Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has expanded its portfolio with the addition of seven new properties in the US.
These properties are located in Merced, California; Baltimore, Maryland; and Key West, Florida.

The addition of the properties is a strategic move for the independent hotel group to enhance its presence in key US destinations.

The newest members of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection include Key West Historic Inns in Key West; El Capitan Hotel in Merced; and Hotel Revival in Baltimore.

By GlobalDataThe five Key West Historic Inns properties are Ella’s Cottages, Fitch Lodge, Lighthouse Hotel, Ridley House, and Winslow’s Bungalows.
These properties join six other Curator locations in Florida including Amara Cay Resort and Southernmost Beach Resort.
El Capitan Hotel, the sixth addition, is a historic property featuring 114 guest rooms.
The hotel is known for its dining experiences that celebrate the local cuisine of California’s Central Valley, with offerings such as Rainbird restaurant and the Native Son bar.
The seventh property joining the Curator Collection is Hotel Revival in Baltimore, Maryland.
Situated in the historic Mount Vernon neighbourhood, this hotel is housed in the restored Garrett Mansion and boasts 107 guest rooms.
The amenities of the hotel include a rooftop restaurant, a cocktail lounge with karaoke, and a coffee shop.
Last month, Curator added four new properties in the US from The Neighborhood Hotel.
These properties are located at Little Italy and Lincoln Park in Chicago, as well as New Buffalo and Grand Beach in Michigan.
