Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has signed a strategic partnership with EHVA.ai to improve front desk operations and guest services across its group of independent boutique and lifestyle properties.
Under Curator’s Preferred Vendor Program, members now gain exclusive access to EHVA.ai’s conversational AI platform, aimed at boosting responsiveness and easing operational pressures.

Combine business intelligence and editorial excellence to reach engaged professionals across 36 leading media platforms.
Through this collaboration, EHVA.ai will deliver round-the-clock front desk and guest service call support for Curator’s member hotels. The AI platform ensures consistent, brand-aligned interactions, currently managing guest inquiries, requests, and on-property spa reservations.
Additional capabilities, including on-property restaurant reservations and options for new and modified room bookings, are planned for the near future. Integration with property management systems and hospitality workflow platforms is also included.
EHVA.ai is already in use at Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ Argonaut Hotel in San Francisco, where 80% of front desk calls are processed automatically. This has reduced call volumes by approximately 850 calls per month.
EHVA.ai’s functions include handling routine guest requests such as towel replacements, Wi-Fi inquiries, and room service orders, as well as complex tasks such as late checkout requests and automated valet requests through its CorePark integration.
Requests within the AI’s capabilities are managed automatically, while anything requiring additional support is forwarded to the front desk team.
Curator Hotel & Resort Collection programme development vice-president Brent Hayhurst said: “We are always searching for innovative partnerships that empower our members to not only compete, but thrive.
“Working with companies like EHVA.ai allows us to provide independent hotels with enterprise-level AI tools that address routine requests and calls and allow hotel teams to focus more of their time and attention on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.”
Earlier this year, Curator entered a strategic partnership with Siv, a sales engagement and lead conversion platform designed for the hospitality sector.
