Planned facilities include 50 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a health club and a swimming pool.
The hotel is also being designed to address local social and events demand, with a 2,500ft² banquet space projected to host around 180-200 guests.
Cygnett Hotels & Resorts founder and managing director Sarbendra Sarkar said: “Pilgrimage travel is increasingly becoming an important driver of hospitality demand across India.
“Destinations receiving millions of visitors annually require not just additional room inventory, but dependable branded accommodation with consistent service standards. Khatu Shyam is a strong example of this transition.
“With its proximity to the shrine and excellent road and rail connectivity, Ringas presents a compelling opportunity for Cozzet to serve this rapidly growing travel corridor.”
Cozzet by Cygnett is a premium economy and micro-hospitality brand of Cygnett Hotels & Resorts.
Cozzet’s current development pipeline stands at approximately 600 keys, with hotels under development and in pre-opening phases across locations such as Ayodhya, Amritsar, Arunachal Pradesh, Jaipur and Noida, among others.
Cygnett intends to scale the hotel via an asset-light expansion model, targeting pilgrimage centres, transit hubs, business destinations and emerging urban locations where demand for value-focused branded hospitality is increasing.
