Hotel development and management company Daly Seven has revealed plans for a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lynchburg/Campbell County, Virginia, the US, which is expected to open in late 2026.

The property will include a 113-room hotel and a 1.75-acre restaurant outparcel to cater to both business and leisure travellers.

Currently under construction, the hotel will replace the existing Holiday Inn Express property on Seminole Avenue.

It will offer amenities such as complimentary breakfast, a fitness centre, and modern rooms designed to meet the needs of visitors to Liberty University, Centra Health, and the broader Lynchburg area.

The site is positioned to serve hotel guests, local residents, and more than 20,000 Liberty University undergraduates.

Daly Seven Real Estate & Finance general counsel and vice president Noel Anderson said: “This development is designed to enhance both the guest experience and the surrounding community.
