Davidson Hotels & Resorts has added two new hotels located in Miami, Florida, to its management portfolio.
The two properties are Eden Roc Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc.
Eden Roc is located in the Miami beach and features 415 spacious ocean view guest rooms with balconies. The property also has three pools, spa and beachfront cabanas.
The Nobu Hotel is a hotel-within-a-hotel concept at Eden Roc with 204 rooms, an exclusive pool and Natura Bissé bath products.
Davidson Hotels & Resorts chief investment officer Steve Margol said: “We are thrilled to assume management of such a legendary resort and look forward to partnering with ownership to provide an even more exciting future for the property.

Both the locations will be operated by Davidson’s lifestyle and luxury division Pivot Hotels & Resorts.
In the state, it also operates Hotel Colonnade, An Autograph Collection Hotel in Coral Gables, Baker’s Cay Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton in Key Largo, The Don CeSar and the Beach House Suites by The Don CeSar.
Last month, Pivot Hotels & Resorts was selected to manage the Le Méridien Houston Downtown in the US state of Texas.
