
Dynamic City Capital (DCC) has expanded its presence to the Pacific Northwest with the purchase of the AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown.
The seven-story boutique hotel is located in Bellevue, Washington, US. Financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.
It has 234 rooms equipped with in-room workstations and free Wi-Fi and six meeting rooms, spanning a total of 4,127ft2 in space.
Other guest amenities at the AC Hotel Seattle Bellevue include fitness centre, on-site parking and AC Lounge serving craft beers, wines & tapas and more.
The pet friendly hotel is located within walking distance to the Meydenbauer Center, Bellevue Plaza, Bellevue City Hall, and Lincoln Square North.
Businesses, restaurants, and shops are also easily accessible from the property’s location.

With the AC Hotel Seattle Bellevue, DCC has completed a total of four acquisitions this year.
In January this year, the company purchased two San Diego/Bayside Hilton properties, the Hilton Garden Inn and the Homewood Suites by Hilton.
Last month, it acquired the 174-room Element by Westin’s Element Anaheim Resort Convention Centre.
