Diamond Resorts has announced the reopening of two resorts in St. Maarten in the Caribbean, following renovations.

The Royal Palm Beach Resort and Flamingo Beach Resort are slated to commence operations from 1 January next year.

Both the resorts will be introducing over 75 team members to the Diamond Resorts family.

The properties will adhere to the Diamond Standard of Clean protocols and will operate with decreased capacity.

The guests will be able to avail the condo-style accommodations, which feature multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, spacious dining and living areas, home offices and in-suite laundry machines.

Flamingo Beach Resort offers 240 suites, that have been renovated to include new furnishings, appliances, bedding and flooring.

Additionally, it features reconstructed swimming pool, two new hot tubs, new beachfront lounge area, fitness centre and resurfaced tennis court among others.

Royal Palm Beach Resort provides 141 oceanfront accommodations. The amenities provided at the resort include new swimming pool, upgraded gym, modern lobby and tropical landscaping.

Additionally, the units feature new flooring, appliances, bedding and furnishings.
