Diversified investment firm Dubai Investments and Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East and Africa have entered a partnership to open a new hotel in Mirdif, Dubai, UAE.

The first lifestyle Millennium Place Mirdif hotel is located within Mirdif Hills project, a mixed-use, gated community developed by Dubai Investments’ subsidiary Dubai Investments Real Estate (DIR).

DIR general manager Obaid Mohammed Al Salami said: “As we are developing this new community of Mirdif Hills, we are aiming to showcase Mirdif’s expansive and green nature, providing a lasting impression as an ideal area for living.

“This requires a hospitality partner that shares our vision and mission, hence we partnered with Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East & Africa, a regional hospitality leader that understands the needs of our targeted audience and a partner we trust in exceeding our expectations.”

The new four-star hotel will feature 116 rooms and suites and 132 serviced apartments. It also boasts a gym, spa, and meeting space that can be used for several purposes.

In addition, Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel offers a range of dining venues that include Australian restaurant Hunter & Barrel, “The Lebanese-Armenian Restaurant”, Batchig; the rooftop pool bar, B Social, Habanos Cigar Lounge & Bar, and The Urban Bar.

Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel general manager Bassam Bou Sleiman said: “As part of the ongoing development of projects in Dubai as we gear up for Dubai Expo 2020, we feel that we are part of the process and our hotel will be ready to welcome all the visitors who want to experience the splendour that Dubai will no doubt be showering its guests with next October.”
