The property stands approximately 6km from Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport and 5km from Patna Junction, connecting travellers to key transport routes.

The hotel contains 60 rooms and suites, which fall under several categories to accommodate varying travel needs.

The property also houses meeting and banquet venues for business conferences, corporate gatherings, and private social occasions.

According to the group, this new location supports its wider expansion approach within emerging city markets in the region.

By opening in Patna, The Fern Hotels & Resorts aims to provide accessible hospitality options for visitors travelling on business, attending conferences, or visiting the area for religious purposes.

The Fern Hotels & Resorts managing director Suhail Kannampilly said: “Patna continues to grow as an important administrative, educational and commercial hub in Bihar.

“Our expansion into this market reflects our focus on strengthening our presence in emerging regional capitals.

“Vaishnavi Beacon Hotel Patna has been developed to offer a dependable and efficient stay experience, aligned with the expectations of today’s value-conscious traveller.”

Last month, The Fern Hotels & Resorts signed The Fern Residency Vrindavan, Series by Marriott, thereby expanding its presence in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.

The planned property is expected to include 100 rooms and suites, all-day dining and speciality restaurants, meeting and event space, and wellness facilities. It is scheduled to open in the first half of 2029 and is intended to serve both leisure and business travellers visiting Vrindavan.

The signing increases the group’s portfolio in North India and continues its collaboration with Marriott International.
