Stirling Hospitality Advisors, Radisson Hotel Group and BB Holding have partnered to bring a Radisson RED hotel on Marjan Island, UAE, in mid-2027.

With an investment of Dh215m ($58m), this upscale lifestyle hotel will be the first franchised Radisson RED in the UAE.

Radisson Hotel Group chief development officer Elie Younes and BB Holding representative Sanosar Beglaryan were present at the signing event, reported Trade Arabia.

Radisson RED Marjan Island will offer 280 guest rooms and a variety of dining and leisure options that are designed to suit the Middle Eastern market.

It will also include indoor and outdoor facilities for children, catering to families and business travellers alike.

SSH International Consultants is working as the lead design consultant for the project, with Stirling Hospitality Advisors acting as the owner representative for BB Holding.

They will provide extensive support, managing the design and construction phase, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring a smooth pre-opening phase.

Radisson RED Marjan Island will join the ranks of other Radisson RED hotels in the region, including those in Dubai, Riyadh, and Amman.

However, it will stand out as a property, managed by a professional third party under a franchise agreement with the Radisson Hotel Group.
