Hotel operating and development company First Hospitality has taken over the management of Hotel Indy in the US state of Indiana.

Hotel Indy, Indianapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, opened in 2021 and currently features 90 rooms and suites, according to a press release posted by First Hospitality on HospitalityNet.

This addition marks First Hospitality’s first hotel with KennMar, the owner group.

First Hospitality president and CEO David Duncan said: “The addition of Hotel Indy to our property portfolio is a meaningful step in our Indianapolis presence. We value our owner relationships and look forward to this new partnership with KennMar while growing our Indianapolis-based team and further fostering our relationship with the Marriott brand.

“First Hospitality’s experience with F&B will prove fruitful with the hotel’s on-site restaurant and bar experiences.”

The hotel features two restaurants: The Hulman and The Cannon Ball Lounge, a rooftop bar.
