Luxury hospitality company Four Seasons, in collaboration with real estate development and management firm Tay Group, has announced plans for the brand’s latest standalone Private Residences in Istanbul, Turkey.

The new project, at the meeting point of the Ulus, Etiler and Levent neighbourhoods, is expected to welcome new residents in 2024.

Four Seasons Private Residences Istanbul will offer 82 homes: penthouses, a sky loft, garden suites and apartment residences, featuring a “modern, yet classic” design from interior designer Sinan Kafadar.

Three of the building’s penthouse residences will feature seven-metre-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, while the sky loft residence has a private terrace and glass ceilings. Garden suite residences will provide residents with the option of one-floor or duplex homes and the apartment residences will range from two plus-one to six plus-one apartments.

Residents will also have access to exclusive amenities, including electric vehicle charging stations, 24-hour surveillance, noise-cancelling technology, under-floor heating and environmentally friendly variable refrigerant volume air conditioning.
