Californian boutique hotels collection Four Sisters Inns has chosen hotel and guest messaging platform Whistle to enhance its entire guest experience.

Californian boutique hotels collection Four Sisters Inns has chosen hotel and guest messaging platform Whistle to enhance its entire guest experience.

Four Sisters Inns’ portfolio comprises of 16 properties including a range of hotels, as well as the Kenwood Inn & Spa, in Sonoma County.

Whistle CEO Christopher Hovanessian said: “Four Sisters Inns hotels are located in the most breath-taking areas of California, from Orange and Los Angeles counties to Monterey, Napa, and Sonoma.

“By using Whistle’s messaging platform, Four Sisters Inns is enhancing their entire guest experience by making it easy to communicate with the hotel staff before and during their stay, all in a contactless fashion.

“Whistle provides staff with an efficient and safe way to manage workflows and ensure guests’ needs are taken care of, quickly and efficiently.”

All of Four Sisters Inns properties will now begin using Whistle for guest communications.

Whistle, which debuted its solution in 2015, is integrated with more than 25 Property Management Systems together with cloud-based hotel management platform, Clock PMS.
