Gale Miami Hotel and Residences in Miami, US, has selected Stayntouch, a cloud-native and fully mobile hotel property management system (PMS) provider, to improve operational efficiency. 

Set to open next month, the 51-storey, luxury hybrid aparthotel will offer 688 rooms alongside dining venues and a spa. 

It has chosen Stayntouch for its “guest-centric” PMS, customisable booking engine, smart kiosk, and secure ID-scanning technology, noted the technology vendor.  

Gale Miami general manager Kevin Waldstein said: “We chose Stayntouch for its feature-rich cloud PMS to make property management effortless for our size and complexity and seamlessly accommodate our unique hybrid service model when we officially open in May.  

“Additionally, Stayntouch’s innovative features, such as mobile and kiosk check-in, will streamline guest arrivals, and the front desk staff is excited by its ease of operation and new level of efficiency. We are thrilled and eagerly anticipate a growing partnership with Stayntouch.”

The partnership also intends to offer faster staff training and reduced onboarding costs, an intuitive and easy-to-learn PMS.  

It is expected to help training be completed in two days, allowing staff to focus more on guest interaction rather than administrative tasks. 

Additionally, Stayntouch’s simplified Open-APIs and unlimited integrations will support Gale Miami’s custom tech stack, which includes 22 third-party platforms.  

These platforms encompass leading accounting, spa, and housekeeping management solutions.
