NG9 Holding subsidiary Gewan Hotels & Resorts has announced its entry into the Egyptian market with the signing of five management agreements for new hotels and resorts, introducing more than 1,000 rooms in the country.
The properties set to join Gewan Hotels & Resorts from today (30 April 2025) include Crystal Lotus Luxury Palace, Tolip Golden Plaza Hotel, The V Luxury Resort, Tolip Paradise Resort New Alamein, and Tolip Sunrise Resort New Alamein.
These additions will undergo complete transformations to meet the brand’s standards of luxury and service quality, according to the company.
Each hotel will feature a “unique character” that reflects the culture and its location, that blends local and international hospitality standards.
In May 2024, Gewan Hotels & Resorts announced the expansion of its portfolio with three five-star hotels and two hotel apartment complexes in the UAE. This ongoing growth underscores the company’s ambition to enhance its global presence in the hospitality sector.
NG9 Holding founder and Group CEO Alaa Al Ali said: “Entering the Egyptian market is a major milestone for Gewan and reflects our confidence in the potential of this destination. Our vision is to offer a modern hospitality experience that respects local character while meeting the expectations of today’s traveller.”
