The Global Ambassador, a luxury hotel in Arizona, US, has partnered with guest technology provider SONIFI to enhance the in-room entertainment and guest experience. 

Located in Phoenix, the hotel features 141 guest rooms with a residential feel and artwork from local artists. 

This hotel’s concept and execution were led by Fox Restaurant Concepts and Author & Edit Hospitality founder and CEO Sam Fox. 

SONIFI was chosen for its ability to provide fast, secure, and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as an interactive TV experience through its SORA platform.

This technology allows hotel staff to send personalised messages to guests. 

It also includes features such as a digital compendium, QR codes, and custom videos to help guests discover all that The Global Ambassador has to offer.

The SORA platform gives guests access to live programming, on-demand movies, and streaming content from various apps using SONIFI’s patented STAYCAST solution.  

The interactive TV system is also designed to promote the hotel’s wellness offerings, including a spa, fitness facility, Pilates room, movement studio, spin studio, and outdoor wellness decks.  

Additionally, SORA can showcase the hotel’s five culinary destinations, consisting of Le Âme, Le Market, Pink Dolphin, Lobby Bar, and théa Mediterranean Rooftop. 

Le Âme is a Parisian steakhouse, Le Market is a Parisian bakery and bistro while Lobby Bar serves handcrafted cocktails and live music. 

Pink Dolphin offers Mexican and Peruvian dishes poolside and théa Mediterranean Rooftop offers views of Camelback Mountain.
