Software provider Antamedia has launched Digital Guide, a web app and guest experience platform.
Hoteliers can use the software to streamline their operations. It allows guests to remotely check-in before arrival and request amenities, housekeeping services and transport options.
Wi-Fi integration also enables them to browse nearby attractions and explore local points of interest with map-based directions.
Through Digital Guide, users are also able to book activities such as visits to restaurants and to make merchandise purchases via the integrated online store to drive additional revenue.
Businesses can then track guest purchases and preferences, offering personalised experiences. GlobalData analysis confirms that personalisation is a major theme in the travel and tourism sector.
Businesses can tailor Digital Guide to reflect their branding, using templates and customisation options.
