Theme restaurants chain Hard Rock Hotels has unveiled plans to develop a new addition to the REVERB by Hard Rock portfolio in Tampa, Florida.
The company has also collaborated with Hakeem Investments, a Tampa Bay Investment company, for the new property.
The new hotel is said to embody the brand’s modern, urban design package and will feature traveller-friendly integrated technology including smart rooms, shared spaces designed for collaboration, and local music, food and entertainment.
Hard Rock Hotels stated that the new property is designed to be an energetic cultural hub to connect, create and inspire the music fans, locals, and travellers alike.
The project, which is now in the design process, will comprise top-notch offerings that will be showcased throughout every REVERB hotel nationwide.
Hard Rock International Hotel Development senior vice-president Todd Hricko said: “We are incredibly excited about our partnership with Hakeem Investments, allowing REVERB to expand to a prime location adjacent to our world famous Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.
“REVERB Tampa East is a perfect new location for the REVERB by Hard Rock brand, with several announcements in other major US cities set to be made within the year.”
The new REVERB includes enhanced common spaces, which are designed to encourage teamwork, and smart rooms that provide a tailor-made stay to travellers.
It also features all amenities required for guests to feel alive and energised by the unforgettable, unlike-anything-else experience that REVERB provides.
Last month, Hard Rock Hotels has signed a new agreement with Dora Hotel Company and The Cribbage Group for a new hotel in London, Ontario.
