Hospitality group Hilton has signed an agreement with real estate development company Gohar Paradise to debut its Hilton Garden Inn brand in the city of Hyderabad in Pakistan’s Sindh province.

Located on the Hyderabad Bypass, the new Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North is expected to open in 2027.

It will be part of the Gohar Gateway masterplan development, which will include the hotel, entertainment hub, residential tower and mall.

The new 141-guest room hotel will offer four family suites and 137 king, twin and accessible rooms.

It will also boast an outdoor pool, an all-day dining restaurant, a fitness centre, a rooftop café and a lobby café and juice bar.

Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North will also have four meeting rooms along with onsite parking.

It is situated near the popular religious shrines of the city, such as Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai and Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, along with bazaars and many different restaurants.

Hilton Middle East and Africa development vice-president Carlos Khneisser said: “We are delighted to announce the debut of Hilton Garden Inn in Pakistan’s bustling city of Hyderabad.

“Located in the city’s up-and-coming North district, the property will offer business and leisure travellers contemporary accommodation options as they explore the exciting range of opportunities that the Gohar Gateway development and surrounding areas have to offer.

“With eight hotels in Hilton’s pipeline across Pakistan, including three under our value-led Hilton Garden Inn brand, we are looking forward to expanding our presence in this rapidly developing market.”
