Hospitality company Hilton has opened DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City, its 13th property in Malaysia.
The property in Selangor’s Golden Triangle features digital key-enabled rooms and eco-friendly bath amenities.
Each room is equipped with motion sensor blinds, workspace, mini-fridge, TV and access to internet.
Besides, the 300-key hotel comprises around 1,600m2 of space for meetings and events, the Eforea spa, a 24-hour fitness centre and an outdoor pool.
Also included is the 1,170m2 pillar-less grand ballroom, with a capacity to house up to 1,000 people.
The property is a few minutes’ drive from several key destinations including Shah Alam’s i-City Convention Center, Central-i-City mall, Blue Mosque & Garden of Islamic Arts and the Sultan Alam Shah Museum.

DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City offers a wide range of dining options.
While its Makan Kitchen serves local delicacies, Tosca offers home-style Italian cuisine. Guests will be treated to tea and cocktails at the hotel’s Axis Lounge.
The hotel also houses The Koffee, which has fresh pastries and cakes on its platter.
