Global hospitality company Hilton has opened two properties in Spain’s capital, Madrid and San Francisco, US.

Hotel Montera Madrid is a Curio Collection by Hilton property. It is situated in the famous city centre, Calle de la Montera.

The hotel features 93 guest rooms, which include eight unique suites. Alongside this, the property comprises two food and beverage concepts, La Braserí restaurant and the El Cielo de Chicote’ cocktail bar.

Interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán designed the hotel Montera Madrid.

Hilton Continental Europe senior vice-president David Kelly said: “Hotel Montera Madrid will be popular with both locals and international visitors alike and is another standout Hilton property in one of the world’s most celebrated cities, where we are serving a wide variety of traveller needs at our six hotels under six distinctive brands.”

Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa is a 12-storey, 78,000ft² hotel located in San Francisco’s South of Market (SoMa) district. It is situated close to Union Square, Mission Bay, Oracle Park and the Moscone Centre.

This boutique hotel boasts 194 guest rooms, including two penthouse suites, as well as a rooftop lounge, a street-level coffee shop, a fitness centre and five conference rooms with a total event space of 4,400ft².
