With focus on serving overnight stays, the hotel features French restaurant Nouvelle Epoque, a lounge and fitness centre but no banquet hall.

The new property will partner with the “GO ON” project, which was launched by successors and supporters of traditional Kyoto crafts.

As part of this collaboration, the hotel will display original art works by members of the GO ON project team. The art works will feature new interpretations of Kyoto’s traditions.

The items have been created specifically for the Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei.
