Hudini has partnered with FreedomPay to develop a seamless and guest-centric experience for commercial transactions on hospitality apps.

Hudini is a digital transformation partner for hotels while FreedomPay is a payments technology innovator.

According to a press release posted on HospitalityNet, Hudini’s hospitality apps will be integrated with FreedomPay’s Next Level Commerce platform under the partnership.

The FreedomPay commerce platform offers features in security, payment, loyalty, and identity while using data to provide important business insights for hotels.

The platform focuses on offering secure and convenient payment solutions catering to the preferences of guests.

A custom mobile app will be developed as the first project under this collaboration for a luxury lifestyle hospitality brand in the US.

The app will be designed to enhance services and provide improved experiences to guests.

It will provide a range of services, including contactless check-in, in-room dining, payment, and housekeeping.

FreedomPay will power the payment gateway for these transactions, leveraging its experience in assisting hospitality brands in shifting from traditional payment systems to digital platforms.

Additionally, Hudini’s hospitality solutions can be accessed as web-based apps with complete functionality for guests who do not want to download a separate app.

Hudini founder and CEO Prince Thampi said: “The convergence of functionalities is essential to delivering exceptional service to guests.

“The fact that guests can perform multiple tasks, including paying for products and services, on a single platform is sure to drive usage of the technology and also improve operational efficiency at hotels. FreedomPay’s robust platform is renowned in the hospitality industry, and we’re delighted to partner with them.”

FreedomPay president Chris Kronenthal said: “Today’s guests now expect their payments to be secure, seamless, and personalised.

“The partnership between FreedomPay and Hudini offers more flexibility and optionality, creating a next-level guest experience.”

This collaboration comes after Hudini obtained E-Visitor Authentication-ready status from the Singapore Tourism Board in September 2023.
