
Global boutique real estate capital markets advisor Hodges Ward Elliott (HWE) has arranged the sale of Hampton Inn hotel in Athens, Georgia, US.
The deal was facilitated by a team of HWE, led by managing director Clint Hodges, director B J Patel and the company’s vice-president Michael Brandes.
The team advised the 112-room hotel’s seller McNeill Hotel Company in the negotiations.
B J Patel said: “The Hampton Inn Athens is an exceptional asset strategically positioned in the heart of one of the fastest growing submarkets in the Sunbelt.
“This was an opportunity to acquire a desirable Hilton branded, select-service asset with an excellent location and we received strong interest in the offering from numerous investors.”
A part of Hilton family of hotels, the Hampton Inn Athens was constructed in 1995.

Recently, Hilton announced its plans to open its first Hampton brand property in the Latvian capital Riga.
