RakYim Siam Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, has implemented Shiji’s technology suite, comprising the Daylight PMS, Infrasys POS, and Reviewpro Reputation, to centralise its operations and improve guest service.

The recently rebranded hotel aims to use this technology suite to coordinate departments such as front office, food and beverage, and guest relations through a single platform.

The adoption of Daylight PMS allows RakYim Siam Hotel to consolidate room reservations, guest records, and housekeeping tasks onto a cloud-based interface.

Staff can access real-time operational updates and guest information, supporting coordination and streamlined workflows.

Infrasys POS supports food and beverage management by providing a mobile system for order processing, payment handling, and sales monitoring, facilitating service across multiple outlets and tableside interaction.

Reviewpro Reputation collects and analyses guest feedback, capturing online review data to help management monitor satisfaction and address service delivery issues as they arise.

These digital tools are intended to enhance operational efficiency and support the hotel’s strategic repositioning in a competitive hospitality market.

RakYim Siam Hotel is managed by Unicorn Hospitality.

Unicorn Hospitality CEO Yann Gouriou said: “The rebranding into RakYim Siam Hotel marks an important new chapter for the property, with a renewed identity inspired by Thai culture and heartfelt hospitality.

“With Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS implemented, the team can operate with greater efficiency while focusing on what matters most: delivering consistent, memorable guest experiences.”

This move to Shiji’s integrated technology stack follows the property’s transition to a new brand and is part of a broader effort to align guest services and operational management with current hospitality trends and guest expectations in central Bangkok.

In February 2026, Shiji installed its Infrasys POS system at Hyatt Regency Greenville in South Carolina, US.
