Hyatt Centric Querétaro will house Pineda Covalin boutique, showcasing Mexican fashion brand’s handcrafted products.

The hotel will also have three restaurants and two bars led by the Javier de las Muelas Group.

They include Carmencita Café and Carmencita Terrace, offering authentic Mexican cuisine and local specialties.

Meanwhile, The Speakeasy restaurant will serve lunch as well as dinner with shared plates and signature cocktails.

DRY Martini bar will serve classic and creative drinks along with views of Querétaro.

The hotel will be situated within walking distance of Centro Histórico, Querétaro’s vibrant downtown area.

It will also provide easy access to museums, plazas, markets, dining venues, and several historical monuments.

Hyatt Centric Querétaro will mark the second property under the Hyatt Centric brand in Mexico, joining Hyatt Centric Campestre León.

In addition, this adds to the Hyatt Centric brand’s global portfolio of more than 50 hotels.

The latest addition comes just after Hyatt Hotels revealed a partnership between a Hyatt affiliate and City Hotel to convert and rebrand Hyatt Place Kathmandu in Nepal.
