A Hyatt affiliate has reached a franchise agreement with FP Global for the first Hyatt-branded property in Pakistan.

Hyatt Regency Lahore DHA, which is currently under renovation, is located within Defence Housing Authority Phase 6 (DHA-6).

The hotel will feature 94 guestrooms, six food and beverage outlets including all-day dining venues, two specialty restaurants, a lobby lounge, the Regency Club, and The Market.

Other guest amenities include separate fitness centres for male and female, as well as swimming pools and approximately 8,600ft2 of flexible events and meeting space, including a ballroom.

Hyatt Regency Lahore DHA is situated close to Allama Iqbal International Airport and other major attractions including the Badshahi Mosque, Shalimar Gardens and Lahore Fort.

In addition, the hotel is situated within a 30-minute ride from the Lahore Junction railway station.

Slated to open in 2024, Hyatt Regency Lahore DHA will be operated by Valor Hospitality Partners.

Valor Hospitality Partners Middle East & CIS co-founder and managing director Julien Bergue said: “We are delighted to announce our first property in Lahore, Pakistan with Hyatt Regency Lahore DHA, and thrilled to collaborate on this project with Hyatt.

“Following our recent rapid expansion in the Middle East, this destination is a natural extension geographically, and with FP Global (Private) as our reliable partners and our continuously growing collaboration with Hyatt, we are confident the hotel will offer outstanding experiences in a premium location, positioning it as a prominent addition to the hospitality sector of Lahore.”

Last month, a Hyatt affiliate signed a franchise agreement with Davos Luxury Properties for Hotel Flüela in Switzerland.
